HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
As we serve our customers worldwide so shipping time varies significantly from country to country. Customers should expect to receive their orders within 10 days for all Bedding Sets and for Other Products two(2) to five (5) weeks upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.
If you experience delays in receiving your order or want to know exact deliver time for any particular product, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

All our Bedding Set orders to United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and all European Countries we use UPS Preferred or DHL, for Other Products our shipping method varies depending on the destination country and from product to product. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY?
We provide refund/replacement for your product up to 7 days, if the product delivered is not as per your order or is damaged. Customer can not claim any refund/replacement after 7 days of delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org (if applicable).
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.
1. In the event of damaged product received, we will require photo proof of the affected products and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the order to you at no cost or initiate a refund, (re-send)subject to availability. In light of this, any order that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at email@example.com
2. In the event of lost order, we will try to locate the order and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
